Conversations for a Future/City is a series of live public conversations with researchers and community leaders from the city of Parramatta presented by the Institute of Culture and Society, Western Sydney University.

Conversations for the Future/City

A series of public conversations hosted by the Institute of Culture and Society bringing together community leaders and academics on topics of concern for the city of Parramatta.

Taking a conversational style, this project intends to bring the public knowledge and research generated at Western University into fresh contact with those whose work or experience it intersects with; conversely it seeks to create a dialogue with the city as it concerns the future development of Australia’s fastest growing city. This is also an opportunity to open up the new city campus to non-academic crowds to benefit from a knowledge exchange with a great view of the city! This series will run for 6 sessions over two semesters in 2017.
